How about the song they sang when they were trying to balance a basket on their heads? I think it was about posture or something but the song was: See me walk so straight and tall. I won't let my basket fall; eyes ahead, don't look down. Keep that basket of the ground.
I loved that show so much and watched it all the time. I was always waiting for her to see me in her mirror but the name Cindy didn't come up much for some reason! :(
Romper, Stomper, Bomper, Boo; Tell me, Tell me, Tell me, Do.
Magic Mirror tell me today; Have all the friends had fun at play.
I see........ This is how it goes. I watched it faithfully every Monday thru Friday, when I was a kid.
I remember this show as a child living in London ON. The local tv station had its own version of Romper Room and both my sister & I were on it. At the time kids would be on for two weeks - 3 would leave after one week and 3 new ones would come the next so that there were always 6 kids on. Yes it was live - and one would never know what the kids might do next lol
I watched this as a kid also. Here is the exercise song. Bend and Stretch, Reach for the Stars. Here comes Jupitor, there goes Mars. Bend and Stretch ,Reach for the Sky standing on tippy toe, Oh so High. If you want I even know the magic mirror lyrics.
