I remember seeing this show weekday afternoons on WPIX TV Ch.11 in NYC back in the late 1950's. I love the skits that the boys performed and the characters and situations that were presented on the series.

Abbot and Costello are the only people with no direct connection to baseball who are featured in the Baseball Hall of Fame.

The Credibility Gap comedy group (of which Harry Shearer and David "Squiggy" Lander were members) recorded a great rock-music parody of the "Who's On First?" routine in the mid-'70s. If you haven't heard it, check it out!
