Contrary to what Chiquita said in her song, putting bananas in the refrigerator is not a problem.

The blue stickers were highly collectible at my elementary school back in the 60's when they stated the country of origin. You tried to get one from every country and some were scarcer than others.

We used to sing "I'm Chiquita Banana and I'm here to say, I put the school in the toilet and I flushed it away!" We really thought that was cutting edge humor!
