Never saw so many D.A.'s than when I was standing on line at the Brooklyn Paramount Theater waiting to get into the live Alan Freed Rock 'n' Roll show. (Embarrassingly I wore a crewcut. I was thirteen and lucky I didn't get pounded by the motorcycle jacket crowd!)

My first husband wore his hair like that when we were first married...Then I changed his hair style to something he liked better..
