My husband grew up near Corning, NY and we still have family there. I have a lot of it and I use them quite often in the mircrowave. They don't seem to ever ware out! Their museum is quite interesting.

My grandfather worked for Corning back in the 1940s. I have one CorningWare piece that I just can't part with, even though I hardly ever use it. There's just something about it...
