Beerntsen's in Manitowoc, WI still does. They have the original wood booths and counter. Still make Cherry or Vanilla Cokes the old fashion way. I spent a lot of time and money there growing up. My mom worked at Murden's Drug Store [in Virginia Beach, VA] at the fountain back in 1963. Their peach ice cream was great...
